Nageshwar Temple, situated in Somwar Peth, Pune, is an important historic landmark and formed a significant part of the Conserving Project for Ar. Preeti Dhanavat. The major conservation work focused on the restoration of the temple’s outer stone walls and the intricate internal wooden elements, ensuring structural stability while preserving the original craftsmanship and material character. The intervention aimed to protect the temple’s architectural heritage and enhance its longevity, while respecting its cultural and historical significance.
